Healthcare Transactions Group Closes Sales of Pennsylvania Behavioral Health Provider

On June 30, 2018, Healthcare Transactions Group closed the sale of Development Treatment Alternatives, Inc. (DTA) and Behavioral Specialists, Inc (BSI), Milton, Pennsylvania, to a regional behavioral healthcare services operator.  Diversified Treatment Alternatives, Inc. and Behavioral Specialists, Inc. is one operating enterprise, which offers a range of behavioral health services to at-risk children and adolescents through residential treatment facilities, partial hospital programs and outpatient counseling services in central Pennsylvania, through multiple government operating licenses.   DTA and BSI have partial hospitalization and residential treatment facilities in Danville, Lewishburg, and Williamsport, Pennsylvania.  DTA and BSI were founded in 1994 and have developed an outstanding reputation for quality services and integrity in central Pennsylvania.  Healthcare Transactions Group represented the seller and provided intermediary and advisory services to the seller throughout the sales process.
