Healthcare Transactions Group, Inc. initiated, advised on and closed the sale of a portfolio of ten long-term care facilities in Illinois, mostly located within the greater Chicagoland area, totaling over 1,500 licensed beds.   The transaction closed in June 2012.  Price and other details of the transaction are confidential.
