Mark Davis Gives Presentation at Healthcare Conference

On May 2-3, 2003, Mark Davis, President of Healthcare Transactions Group spoke at the Art of the Deal Conference, San Antonio, Texas, the largest annual gathering of buyers and sellers of home health care companies in the nation.  Mr. Davis addressed the conference on Healthcare Mergers and Acquisitions Issues and Strategies in home health care.  In addition, Healthcare Transactions Group, Inc. had an exhibit at the Conference.
